目的：观察热毒宁注射液联合核黄素磷酸钠注射液治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法将83例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为2组。治疗组41例予热毒宁注射液联合核黄素磷酸钠注射液治疗；对照组42例予单纯热毒宁注射液治疗。观察比较2组治疗后平均热退时间、咽部疱疹溃疡消失时间及住院天数。结果治疗组总有效率90．24％，对照组总有效率73．17％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组；2组治疗后平均热退时间、疱疹溃疡消失时间及住院天数比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组均短于对照组。结论热毒宁注射液联合核黄素磷酸钠注射液治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎可以明显加速热退，促进咽部疱疹溃疡消失，缩短住院天数，收到较好疗效。
목적：관찰열독저주사액연합핵황소린산납주사액치료인동포진성인협염적림상료효。방법장83례포진성인협염환인수궤분위2조。치료조41례여열독저주사액연합핵황소린산납주사액치료；대조조42례여단순열독저주사액치료。관찰비교2조치료후평균열퇴시간、인부포진궤양소실시간급주원천수。결과치료조총유효솔90．24％，대조조총유효솔73．17％，2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05），치료조료효우우대조조；2조치료후평균열퇴시간、포진궤양소실시간급주원천수비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조균단우대조조。결론열독저주사액연합핵황소린산납주사액치료인동포진성인협염가이명현가속열퇴，촉진인부포진궤양소실，축단주원천수，수도교호료효。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Reduning injection combined with Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate Injection on the treatment of children herpangina .Methods 83 cases of herpangina children were ran-domly divided into two groups .41 cases in treatment group were treated by Reduning injection combined with Ribofla-vin Sodium Phosphate Injection .42 cases in control group were treated only by Reduning injection .The average defer-vescence time,pharyngeal herpes sores disappear time and hospitalization days were observed and compared after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group (90.24%) was superior to that in con-trol group (73.17%,P<0.05).There were significant differences between two groups on the average defervescence time,pharyngeal herpes sores disappear time and hospitalization days after treatment (P<0.05).The average defer-vescence time,pharyngeal herpes sores disappear time and hospitalization days in treatment group were shorter than those in control group .Conclusion Reduning injection combined with Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate Injection can obviously accelerate the thermal annealing ,promote the pharyngeal herpes sores disappear ,shorten the hospitalization days and received good curative effect on the treatment of children herpangina .
