目的：通过对临床289例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的临床资料进行分析，探讨睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的中医证候分布特点及规律。方法将289例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者中医证候信息统计分析后，进行系统聚类分析，分别聚为6-4类，针对所聚类别的证候条目分布情况研究分析后，进行修正并确立证型名称。结果289例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的证候信息进行样本分层聚类分析后，最终认为聚为5类时，四诊资料分散性最为合理，最符合临床辨证规律。结论对于睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床辨证，以痰湿证、痰热壅肺证、脾气虚证、肺肾气虚证、瘀血证5个证型最为合理全面，这也与目前中医对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征中医病机的认识以气虚、痰湿、痰热、瘀血为主相符合。
목적：통과대림상289례수면호흡잠정종합정환자적림상자료진행분석，탐토수면호흡잠정종합정적중의증후분포특점급규률。방법장289례수면호흡잠정종합정환자중의증후신식통계분석후，진행계통취류분석，분별취위6-4류，침대소취유별적증후조목분포정황연구분석후，진행수정병학립증형명칭。결과289례수면호흡잠정종합정환자적증후신식진행양본분층취류분석후，최종인위취위5류시，사진자료분산성최위합리，최부합림상변증규률。결론대우수면호흡잠정종합정적림상변증，이담습증、담열옹폐증、비기허증、폐신기허증、어혈증5개증형최위합리전면，저야여목전중의대수면호흡잠정종합정중의병궤적인식이기허、담습、담열、어혈위주상부합。
Objective To research the characteristics of distribution and regularity traditional Chinese medi-cine syndrome regularity about sleep apnea syndrome ( SAS) .Methods Information of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes from 289 patients with sleep apnea syndrome were analyzed by hierarchical cluster analysis ,were clustered into 6-4 categories and were corrected and established syndromes name after the distribution of study entry syn -dromes analysis .Results The information of syndromes from 289 SAS patients were stratified cluster sample's analy-sis,concluded that clustered into five categories ,the four diagnostic data dispersion is most reasonable and most con-sistent with the clinical syndrome regularity .Conclusion Sleep apnea syndrome of clinical syndrome with phlegm , phlegm obstruct the lung ,spleen deficiency syndrome ,lung and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are 5 most reasonable comprehensive syndrome types ,This is also consistent with the current traditional Chinese medicine understanding of sleep apnea syndrome to Qi ,phlegm,phlegm,blood stasis.
