目的：总结低血糖脑病的临床特点与诊治经验。方法：分析低血糖脑病患者24例的临床特点及治疗结果。结果：治疗5~20min患者交感神经兴奋症状全部消失；瘫痪肢体肌力于治疗48h内恢复至发病前水平；言语不清、反应迟钝、痫性发作及精神行为异常在24h内恢复。低血糖在24h内纠正21例；低血糖反复发作持续24h以上3例，均为长期服用美托洛尔的患者。结论：临床医师要注意提高对低血糖脑病的认识，避免误诊、误治。

목적：총결저혈당뇌병적림상특점여진치경험。방법：분석저혈당뇌병환자24례적림상특점급치료결과。결과：치료5~20min환자교감신경흥강증상전부소실；탄탄지체기력우치료48h내회복지발병전수평；언어불청、반응지둔、간성발작급정신행위이상재24h내회복。저혈당재24h내규정21례；저혈당반복발작지속24h이상3례，균위장기복용미탁락이적환자。결론：림상의사요주의제고대저혈당뇌병적인식，피면오진、오치。
Objective:To summarize clinical features and treatment experience for patients with hypoglycemia encephalopathy. Methods:The clinical features and treatment effects of 24 patients with hypoglycemia encephalopathy were analyzed. Results:5-20min after the treatment, all the sympathetic excitation symptoms disappeared;the muscle strength of the paralyzed limb returned to the level the same with that before the disease within 48h;and barylalia, slow response, epileptic seizure, and abnormal mental behaviors recov-ered within 24h. 21 cases with hypoglycemia were cured but hypoglycemia lasted for over 24h in 3 cases, who all were the patients tak-ing metoprolol. Conclusions:The doctor should increase the awareness of hypoglycemia encephalopathy in order to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
