目的：探讨强化心理干预对抑郁症患者综合生存状态的影响程度。方法选取2011年9月至2013年3月于本院进行治疗的84例抑郁症患者为研究对象，采用随机分配的方式将其分为对照组和观察组各42例，对照组采用常规干预模式护理，观察组则以强化心理干预的方式护理，将两组患者干预前与干预后综合生存质量中的生活质量、心理状态及睡眠质量评分进行比较。结果观察组干预后1个月及3个月时的生活质量评分分别为(53.64±3.82)分、(56.07±4.72)分、(53.19±4.04)分、(48.10±3.35)分及(51.73±3.76)分、(53.20±4.38)分、(50.45±3.84)分、(46.31±3.10)分，心理状态评估结果中焦虑和抑郁阳性率分别为61.90%、83.33%及54.76%、73.81%，睡眠质量评分中6分及以上者比例分别为26.19%及19.05%，其评估结果均明显地好于对照组，且均好于本组患者干预前的评估结果，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论强化心理干预对抑郁症患者综合生存状态的影响更为积极，其更有助于患者基础生活及心理状态的全面改善。
목적：탐토강화심리간예대억욱증환자종합생존상태적영향정도。방법선취2011년9월지2013년3월우본원진행치료적84례억욱증환자위연구대상，채용수궤분배적방식장기분위대조조화관찰조각42례，대조조채용상규간예모식호리，관찰조칙이강화심리간예적방식호리，장량조환자간예전여간예후종합생존질량중적생활질량、심리상태급수면질량평분진행비교。결과관찰조간예후1개월급3개월시적생활질량평분분별위(53.64±3.82)분、(56.07±4.72)분、(53.19±4.04)분、(48.10±3.35)분급(51.73±3.76)분、(53.20±4.38)분、(50.45±3.84)분、(46.31±3.10)분，심리상태평고결과중초필화억욱양성솔분별위61.90%、83.33%급54.76%、73.81%，수면질량평분중6분급이상자비례분별위26.19%급19.05%，기평고결과균명현지호우대조조，차균호우본조환자간예전적평고결과，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론강화심리간예대억욱증환자종합생존상태적영향경위적겁，기경유조우환자기출생활급심리상태적전면개선。
Objective To observe the influence of strengthened psychological intervention on the compre-hensive living conditions of patients with depression. Methods Eighty-four patients with depression in our hospital from September 2011 to March 2013 were selected as research objects, which were then randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group were nursed with routine in-tervention mode, and the observation group were nursed with strengthened psychological intervention. Then the com-prehensive living quality, including life quality, psychological state and sleep quality, were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The life quality scores of the observation group in the first and third month after intervention were (53.64 ± 3.82), (56.07 ± 4.72), (53.19 ± 4.04), (48.10 ± 3.35) and (51.73 ± 3.76), (53.20±4.38), (50.45±3.84), (46.31±3.10), respectively. The positive rates of anxiety and depression in psychological state were 61.90%, 83.33%and 54.76%, 73.81%. The rates of sleep quality score≥6 were 26.19%and 19.05%. The evaluation results of the observation group were all significantly better than those of the control group, and the evalua-tion results were all significantly better than those before intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion The influence of strengthened psychological intervention on the comprehensive living conditions of patients with depression is more ac-tive, and it is more beneficial for the comprehensive improvement of basic life and psychological state.
