目的:通过对临床诊断为手足口病患者进行病原学检测,为手足口病的诊断提供病原学依据。方法采集监测医院临床诊断为手足口病的咽拭子标本,应用RT-PCR方法检测原始样本和分离阳性病毒株中EV、EV71和CoxA16病毒的核酸。结果咽拭子标本共173份,共分离出病毒120例,阳性率为69.4%;其中EV71阳性39例,CoxA16阳性72例,EV阳性、EV71和CoxA16阴性9例。结论顺义区手足口病以CoxA16病毒感染为主,CoxA16感染病例占阳性病例数的60.0%。阳性病例中散居儿童与托幼儿童占90.8%。医疗机构应开展手足口病的病原学检测,为临床诊断手足口病提供实验室依据,减少误诊和漏诊的发生。

Objective To explore the type and distribution of the pathogen of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD),and to provide experimental basis for clinical diagnoses of HFMD. Methods Throat swab from clinically diagnosed cases with HFMD were collected.Nucleic acid of three types of virus, enter virus (EV),enter virus 71 (EV71) and Coxasckievirus A16 (CoxA16) were detected by RT-PCR method in original samples and isolated positive virus strains. Results Samples from 173 clinically diagnosed cases with HFMD were collected.120 cases were pos-itive,and the positive rate was 69.4%, including 39 EV71 positive cases,72 CoxA16 positive cases, 9 EV positive cas-es with EV71 and CoxA16 negative. Conclusion The HFMD in Shunyi District mainly caused by CoxA16. It ac-counted for 60.0%of positive cases, in which scattered children and childcare accounted for 90.8%. The pathogen de-tection of HFMD should be carried out in hospital, to provide laboratory basis for clinical diagnoses of HFMD and to reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnose.
