目的:探讨拔牙同期自体阻生第三磨牙即刻移植的临床效果。方法选取2005年至2013年8年间来我院进行拔牙的262例(262牙)患者,所有患者均有愿望进行自体牙即刻移植并具备条件。将患者分为治疗组105例,该组患者被移植牙均进行根管治疗,保存组157例,该组患者均保存牙髓;按照是否植骨分为植骨组73例,该组患者被移植牙周缺损人工骨移植,非植骨组189例,该组患者未植骨。结果保存组的移植牙松动度、牙根吸收、牙周愈合及牙槽骨降低与治疗组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。植骨组骨性愈合高于非植骨组,移植牙松动度及牙槽骨降低程度均低于非植骨组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在修复牙列缺损的方法中拔牙后自体牙即刻移植具有较好的效果,可以作为有价值的方法在临床推广。

목적:탐토발아동기자체조생제삼마아즉각이식적림상효과。방법선취2005년지2013년8년간래아원진행발아적262례(262아)환자,소유환자균유원망진행자체아즉각이식병구비조건。장환자분위치료조105례,해조환자피이식아균진행근관치료,보존조157례,해조환자균보존아수;안조시부식골분위식골조73례,해조환자피이식아주결손인공골이식,비식골조189례,해조환자미식골。결과보존조적이식아송동도、아근흡수、아주유합급아조골강저여치료조비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。식골조골성유합고우비식골조,이식아송동도급아조골강저정도균저우비식골조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재수복아렬결손적방법중발아후자체아즉각이식구유교호적효과,가이작위유개치적방법재림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of immediate autogenous tooth transplantation after tooth extraction. Methods 262 cases (262 teeth) underwent tooth extraction and wished to immediate autogenous tooth transplantation and met the conditions from 2005 to August 2013 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into 105 cases of the treatment group, the transplanted tooth of patients in which were given root-canal treatment, and 157 cases of the preservation group, the dental pulp of patients in which were kept. According to wheth-er had bone graft, the patients were divided into 73 cases of the bone graft group, the patients in which were given peri-odontal defects bone graft transplants, and 189 cases of the bone non-graft group, the patients in which did not graft. Results The differences were not significant in the tooth mobility, root resorption, alveolar bone healing and funda-mentally reduce between the preservation group and the treatment group (P>0.05).. The bony union of the bone graft group was higher than that of the bone non-graft group, and the transplanted tooth mobility and alveolar bone levels of the bone graft group were significantly lower than those of the bone non-graft group (P<0.05). Conclusion Imme-diate autogenous tooth transplantation after tooth extraction has better effect in dentition defect repair method, and it can be used as a valuable method in clinical practice.
