目的：观察和比较不同家庭护理方式对脑出血出院患者的康复效果，为开展家庭护理提供理论依据与指导。方法随机抽取80例脑出血患者，将其分为干预组和对照组，干预组在一般出院医嘱基础上给予院外康复指导，采用4个常用神经康复评估的标准量表分别于出院时和出院6个月后对康复效果进行评估。结果出院时两组患者的美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)、简易精神状态量表评分(MMSE)、Frenchay活动指数和Mount Sinai多模式情绪评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而出院6个月后两组患者上述4个指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出院后积极的家庭护理和康复治疗有利于脑出血患者功能恢复，应重视家庭护理，提高家庭护理服务质量。

Objective To observe and compare the rehabilitation effect of different home care modes in pa-tients with cerebral hemorrhage, and to provide theoretical and guiding basis for home care. Methods Eighty pa-tients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups: the intervention group and the control group. Patients in intervention group received out-hospital rehabilitation guidance in addition to general discharge in-structions based on the control group. Finally, the rehabilitation effect of the two groups was assessed by 4 standard scales at discharge and 6 months after discharge. Results NIHSS, MMSE, Frenchay movable index and Mount Sinai mood scores in two groups had no significant difference at discharge (P>0.05), but the 4 scores showed statistically significant difference 6 months after discharge (P<0.05). Conclusion Active rehabilitation curing and home care are beneficial to the functional recovery of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after discharge, so it is worthy to attach im-portance to home care.
