目的：观察总结湿冷敷在老年性白内障术后的效果。方法收集2011年3月至2012年5月我院收治的老年性白内障病人100例，其中单日手术50例为观察组，双日手术50例为对照组，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予湿冷敷，对照组给予常规治疗护理，不予湿冷敷。对两组治疗效果进行分析。结果与对照组比较，观察组角膜水肿消退时间、结膜充血消失时间、患者主观感觉不适消失时间方面都优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论湿冷敷对白内障术后角膜水肿的消退、球结膜充血的减轻、主观舒适感方面效果肯定，经济适用。
목적：관찰총결습랭부재노년성백내장술후적효과。방법수집2011년3월지2012년5월아원수치적노년성백내장병인100례，기중단일수술50례위관찰조，쌍일수술50례위대조조，관찰조재상규치료적기출상급여습랭부，대조조급여상규치료호리，불여습랭부。대량조치료효과진행분석。결과여대조조비교，관찰조각막수종소퇴시간、결막충혈소실시간、환자주관감각불괄소실시간방면도우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론습랭부대백내장술후각막수종적소퇴、구결막충혈적감경、주관서괄감방면효과긍정，경제괄용。
Object observe and summarize effects of cold wet compress in senile cataract postoperative. Method collected 100 cases of senile cataract patients admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to May 2012.and 50 cases of surgery in odd-numbered date as an observation group, 50 cases of surgery in even-numbered date as a control group. observation group was given cold wet compress on the basis of routine treatment. the control group was given routine treatment and nursing without cold wet compress. the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed. Result compared with the control group, the observation group of corneal edema subsided time, conjunctively hyperemia disappear time, subjective feeling of discomfort in patients with disappearance of the time are superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion cold wet compress on regression of corneal edema, mitigation of bulbar conjunctively hyperemia and subjective comfort aspect after cataract surgery has a positive effect, and economy applicable.
