目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清CA19-9水平变化及其影响因素。方法测定60例健康体检者(健康对照组)和120例糖尿病患者(分血糖控制良好组与血糖控制不良组)血清CA19-9水平,比较组间差异,并对糖尿病患者血清CA19-9水平的影响因素进行相关性分析。结果2型糖尿病组血清CA19-9水平为(14.80±12.45) U/mL ,明显高于健康对照组的(6.34±3.55)U/mL ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血糖控制不良组血清CA19-9水平(20.85±14.88)U/mL明显高于血糖控制良好组的(8.76 ± 4.15)U/mL 和健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血糖控制良好组血清 CA19-9水平(8.76 ± 4.15)U/mL 较健康对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CA19-9水平与糖化血红蛋白呈正相关(r=0.3078,P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者血清CA19-9水平高于健康者,且与糖化血红蛋白水平相关。

Objective To investigate serum level of CA19-9 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and relat-ed influencing factors .Methods Serum levels of CA19-9 were detected and compared between 60 healthy subjects (control group) and 120 patients with diabetes mellitus ,who were divided into good glycemic control group and poor glycemic control group ,and influencing factors of serum level of CA19-9 in patients with diabetes mellitus were ana-lyzed .Results Serum levels of CA19-9 in type 2 diabetic group was significantly higher than control group (P<0 .01) ,serum levels of CA19-9 in poor blood glucose control was significantly higher than good glycemic control group and control group (P< 0 .01) ,and serum levels of CA19-9 of good glycemic control group was higher than control group (P<0 .01) .Serum level of CA19-9 in patient with diabetes mellitus was positively correlated with gly-cosylated hemoglobin level (r=0 .307 8 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion Serum level of CA19-9 in patients with type 2 diabe-tes mellitus could be higher than healthy subjects ,and might be associated with .glycosylated hemoglobin level .
