The principles of harmonic analysis were introduced,the harmonic analysis was expoun-ded in the application of automobile wheel hub quantity detection and classification decision.With the Fourier transform,calculating the harmonic amplitude and initial phase,and phase changed according to the particular step from 0oto 360o,the harmonic wave can be drew.With the Fourier transform,the discrete data were decomposed into periodic harmonic data,and it enhances the harmonic analysis tes-ting hub quality intuitiveness.
