植物中单糖的提取从传统的固-液萃取发展到超声萃取、微波辅助萃取等,实现了样品和溶剂用量少、萃取速度快、绿色环保等目的。纯化过程通常使用固相萃取柱,其填料从商业化的C18柱、NH2柱和离子交换柱,到分子印迹固相萃取柱、离子液体优化的萃取柱,结构和功能上不断完善。因单糖多数不具有紫外吸收和荧光性质,在分离检测中,人们采取了多种方法来解决这一问题,以满足色谱分析的需要。本文综述了植物中单糖的样品前处理方法及色谱分析方法。针对单糖提取、纯化、分离检测存在的问题以及解决方案进行了论述,并对植物中单糖的色谱分析方法的发展进行了展望。

The extraction methods of saccharides from plants were developed from solid-liquid extraction toultrasonic extraction and microwave assisted extraction, and achieved the results of sample and solvent con-sumption, high speed and environment friendly. The solid phase extraction was adopted into purification process, and its packings have being modified all the way on structures and functions, the materials variedfrom C18, NH2,ion exchange column to molecularly imprinting materials and optimized ionic liquid column. As to detec-tion, different methods were developed for monosaccharides to meet the requirements of chromatographic analysis, because most of them leak UV absorption and fluorescence properties. In this paper, the development of sample pretreatment methods and chromatographic analysis of monosaccharides in the plant samples was reviewed. The extraction, purification, separation and detection of monosaccharides from different samples were discussed.
