为贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》，教育部制定了《全面推进依法治校实施纲要》，对推进依法治校提出阶段性目标与制度设计，明确了“健全依法治校考核评价机制”的目标要求。根据国家推进依法治校工作的要求，结合我国高校依法治校的现状和基础，立足于现有教育行政法律法规的规定，提出了高校依法治校评价体系应涵盖的主要指标构成。

To implement the Chinese government's National Outline for Medium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development 2010-20, the Ministry of Education has issued the Implementing the Outline for Comprehensively Promoting Managing the University by Law and has given stage goals and systematic designing, thus making clear the aims and demands for perfecting the management and the assessment mechanism. According to the government's requirements for this work and based on the provisions of the education administrative laws and regulations, this paper combines current situation with foundation of university administration and elaborates on the main indicators of university's assessment system.
