随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高校青年教师比例大幅增加,日益成为高校教学、科研与社会服务的骨干力量。促进高校青年教师尽快成长为高校发展与社会建设所需要的卓越人才,是当前高校人才工作的根本要求。全面把握高校青年教师成才的外部动力,深入分析高校青年教师成才的个体需求,构建以高校教师成才需求为核心,以青年教师与学校共同发展为目标,以目标激励、精神激励、情感激励、绩效激励和发展激励为主要路径的高校青年教师成才激励机制,对于促进高校青年教师成才具有重要现实意义。

With the rapid development of China's higher education, the proportion of young colleges and universities teachers increased significantly, becoming the backbone of colleges and universities' teaching, research and social services. Nowadays, promoting young colleges and universities teachers as soon as possible to be excellent people who were needed by the colleges and universities development and social construction, is the fundamental require ment to talent-related work in colleges and universities. In order to construct the incentive mechanisms for young colleges and universities teachers, which put their needs as the core, put the co-development between the colleges and universities and them as the goal, put the goal-incentive, spirit-incentive, motion-incentive, performance-incentive and development-incentive as the main approach, grasping the external momentum of being qualified, and analyzing the individual needs of being qualified, have the important practical significance for the promotion of young colleges and universities teachers.
