严寒地区铁路中小站办公建筑的围护结构多属砖混结构,建筑围护结构热工性能差,其中墙体未进行保温是影响此类建筑采暖能耗的最主要因素。根据《公共建筑节能改造技术规范》对此类建筑的墙体进行节能改造,能够大幅度地降低建筑采暖能耗。比较了不同保温材料在不同厚度情况下的节能率,并对其经济性进行了分析。

Most envelope of railway station office buildings in cold regions are brick structure with poor thermal performance, because the walls have no insulation measures, which is the most important fac-tor affecting the building heating energy consumption. Energy saving retrofitting on building envelope is re-quired according to the “Technical Code for the Retrofitting of Public Building on Energy Efficiency”(JGJ176-2009) , reducing the building heating energy consumption significantly. This paper compares en-ergy efficiency rate of various heat insulation materials in different thickness with the economic analysis.
