高职教育多年致力于对人才培养方案、教学模式、教学方法等方面的教育改革，但在教师课程授课权利方面的研究较为缺乏。本文对当前高职教育中教师授课权利行使中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了建立科学教育观，加强宣传，建立完善的课堂授课权利行使的检查机制和评价体系，提升课堂效率，教师正确行使课程授课权利的具体措施。

The Higher Vocational Education is committed to educative reforms, such as talent training plan, teaching mode, teaching method, and so on. However, the studies related to the teaching right of higher vocational teachers are still insufficient. This paper discusses on the teaching right of higher vocational teachers, and analyzes the current problems inside it, in order to establish scientific education, strengthen publicity and sets up perfect inspection mechanism and evaluation system of teaching right. Consequently , the efficiency of the classroom can be improved, and the specific measures of the teaching right can be ex-ecuted correctly by teachers.
