通过分析山东新建农村社区多层建筑设计方案和相关实例,从建筑方案自身入手,在不增加成本投入的基础上,探索行之有效的节能设计方法,提高建筑自身保温隔热、采光及通风性能,从而提高室内热舒适度。同时,从被动式太阳能利用、主动式太阳能技术、就地取材、水处理等其他技术应用方面,总结农村多层住宅节能设计方法和思路;从建筑水处理、绿化等方面结合自循环的生态设计,探索新型农村社区在节能、生态、环保上的思路和方法。

By analyzing the design and relevant examples about multi-story buildings in new rural communities of Shandong, effective design methods are explored to improve building insulation, lighting, ventilation, and indoor thermal comfort, starting from the construction program itself, without increasing the cost of inputs. Meanwhile, the energy efficient design methods for multi-storey residential buildings are summarized from passive solar energy, active solar technology, local materials utilizing, water treatment, and other technical applications. The energy efficiency, ecology and environmental protection for new rural communities are explored by combining the self-loop eco-design with the water treatment and greening.
