The three aspects of the heat transfer from the fins, heat transfer material and heat exchange tube shell compared with the conventional structure of the heat-exchanger in a high-pressure gas quenching furnace have improved its design. It has been found that improved design has strengthened the heat transfer efect and effectively improved the heat transfer ability of heat-exchange facility.
