通过对在杭州就读的外来务工子女及其家长、教师的个案访谈发现,外来务工子女长期所处的弱势地位及其在城市学习生活过程中遭受的社会排斥以及由此产生的结构压力,极易引起社会偏离行为,不但对社会发展形成消极影响,而且可能造成长远的社会危害,影响社会稳定。从发展型社会政策的视角出发,注重对外来务工子女社会投资与社会融合,以促进和谐社会的建设与发展。
通過對在杭州就讀的外來務工子女及其傢長、教師的箇案訪談髮現,外來務工子女長期所處的弱勢地位及其在城市學習生活過程中遭受的社會排斥以及由此產生的結構壓力,極易引起社會偏離行為,不但對社會髮展形成消極影響,而且可能造成長遠的社會危害,影響社會穩定。從髮展型社會政策的視角齣髮,註重對外來務工子女社會投資與社會融閤,以促進和諧社會的建設與髮展。

Based on in-depth interviews with migrant workers’children studying in Hangzhou,their parents and school teachers,it is found that migrant workers’children are always in a vulnerable position,which caused a lot of social exclusion in their study and daily life in cities,and this generates quite a few social structure pressure which easily arouses deviant behaviors.It is harmful not only to the development of migrant workers’children themselves,but also to the development of the whole society and its stabilization in the long run.Therefore,from the perspective of Social Policy for Development,this article attempts to emphasize the social investment and social inclusion for migrant workers’children in order to promote the construction and development of harmonious society.
