目的：探讨PDCA循环在精神科护士交接班中的应用与效果。方法：采用PDCA循环管理，应用自制《精神科护士交接班评分表》对不同住院时期的2组进行对照研究。结果：实施PDCA循环后，因交接班出现的项目缺陷明显降低（ P﹤0．001），患者的满意度显著提高（ P﹤0．05）。结论：应用PDCA循环管理减少了交接班项目的缺陷，提高了医疗护理质量，提高了患者满意度。
목적：탐토PDCA순배재정신과호사교접반중적응용여효과。방법：채용PDCA순배관리，응용자제《정신과호사교접반평분표》대불동주원시기적2조진행대조연구。결과：실시PDCA순배후，인교접반출현적항목결함명현강저（ P﹤0．001），환자적만의도현저제고（ P﹤0．05）。결론：응용PDCA순배관리감소료교접반항목적결함，제고료의료호리질량，제고료환자만의도。
Objective:To explore the application and the effect of PDCA circulation in shift changes of psychiatric nurses .Methods:U-sing PDCA circulation management , homemade <shift changes of psychiatric nurses Scale >was applicated , the scale was researching on the control study of the two groups of different hospitalization period .Results:After PDCA circulation was carried out , the project defects was decreased obviously in shift changes ( P﹤0.001),the satisfaction of patients was improved significantly ( P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA circulation management could reduce the defects of the project in shift changes , and improve the quality of the medical care and the satisfaction of patients .
