目的：探讨复方甘草酸苷片联合复方青黛胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年1月～2013年6月间本院收治的90例寻常型银屑病患者，随机分为治疗组49例和对照组41例。治疗组采用复方甘草酸苷片联合复方青黛胶囊治疗，对照组采用单药复方甘草酸苷治疗，将2组患者的皮肤损伤情况和严重程度、用药后不良反应进行评价，比较临床效果。结果：治疗显效、有效及总有效率高于对照组，P均＜0．05，具有显著性差异；治疗组不良反应发生率较对照组低，P均＜0．05具有显著性差异。结论：临床上采用复方甘草酸苷片联合复方青黛胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病，疗效显著，且不良反应发生率较低，值得临床上的进一步推广。
목적：탐토복방감초산감편연합복방청대효낭치료심상형은설병적림상료효。방법：선취2012년1월～2013년6월간본원수치적90례심상형은설병환자，수궤분위치료조49례화대조조41례。치료조채용복방감초산감편연합복방청대효낭치료，대조조채용단약복방감초산감치료，장2조환자적피부손상정황화엄중정도、용약후불량반응진행평개，비교림상효과。결과：치료현효、유효급총유효솔고우대조조，P균＜0．05，구유현저성차이；치료조불량반응발생솔교대조조저，P균＜0．05구유현저성차이。결론：림상상채용복방감초산감편연합복방청대효낭치료심상형은설병，료효현저，차불량반응발생솔교저，치득림상상적진일보추엄。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of psoriasis vulgaris treated by compound glycyrrhizin Glucoside Tablets with Com -pound Indigo Naturalis Capsule .Methods:90 patients with psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital were divided into treatment group with 49 pa-tients and the control group with 41 patients randomly from January 2012 to June 2013 .Patients in treatment group were treated by com-pound glycyrrhizin glucoside tablets with compound indigo naturalis capsule .Patients incontrol group were treated by glycyrrihizin gluco-side tablets.The skin damage along with its severity andadverse reaction were evaluated after treatment between two groups .The clinical effects were compared .Results:The efficiency , the effective rate and the total effective rate of treatment group were higher than control group’s.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatment group was lower than control group’s.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of compound glycyrrhizin gluco-side tablets combined with compound indigo naturalis capsule on psoriasis vulagris could get significantly effective with low incidence rate of adverse reaction , it is worth further promotion .
