目的：了解食管静脉曲张套扎术的近期疗效。方法：将136例肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的病人进行急诊或择期内镜下食管、曲张静脉套扎术；非套扎组给予常规药物治疗。结果：套扎组的急诊止血率100％，再出血率9．6％，止血成功率95．4％，静脉曲张消失率40％，红色征阳性消失率63％，疗效优于内科药物治疗，P＜0．05，2组疗效比较有显著差异性。结论：食管静脉曲张套扎术的疗效优于内科保守治疗。
목적：료해식관정맥곡장투찰술적근기료효。방법：장136례간경화식관정맥곡장파렬출혈적병인진행급진혹택기내경하식관、곡장정맥투찰술；비투찰조급여상규약물치료。결과：투찰조적급진지혈솔100％，재출혈솔9．6％，지혈성공솔95．4％，정맥곡장소실솔40％，홍색정양성소실솔63％，료효우우내과약물치료，P＜0．05，2조료효비교유현저차이성。결론：식관정맥곡장투찰술적료효우우내과보수치료。
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of endoscopic vanical ligation ( EVL) in patient with burst bleeding of cirrhosis e-sophagus varicose .Methods:The patients were divided into two groups , one group was treated by EVL , the other group was treated by in-ternal medicine.Results:In EVL treated group, stop bleeding rate for emergency was 100%,rebleeding was 9.6%,successfully stop bleeding was 95.4%,dsiapear rate of varicose was40 %, disappear rate of positive on red feature was 63%,p<0.05.Conclusion:Cura-tive effect of EVL might be better than internal medicine .
