目的：探讨微创钻孔引流治疗高血压脑出血的手术时机及疗效。方法：选取入住我院的高血压脑出血患者150例作为观察对象，均确诊为脑出血，结合患者脑出血时间分组3组：A组52例，为初期手术组（发病在6小时内）；B组48例，为早期手术组（发病在6～24小时之间）；C组50例，为择期手术组（发病在24～72小时之间），患者均进行微创钻孔引流手术治疗。结果：B组即早期组，在完全治愈率、基本治愈率以及预后生活状况明显优于 A组和C组。结论：实验表明患者在出血后6～24小时之间是较佳的手术时机，手术疗效显著。因此，把握好手术时间，有利于最大限度发挥微创钻孔引流在治疗高血压脑出血上的作用。
목적：탐토미창찬공인류치료고혈압뇌출혈적수술시궤급료효。방법：선취입주아원적고혈압뇌출혈환자150례작위관찰대상，균학진위뇌출혈，결합환자뇌출혈시간분조3조：A조52례，위초기수술조（발병재6소시내）；B조48례，위조기수술조（발병재6～24소시지간）；C조50례，위택기수술조（발병재24～72소시지간），환자균진행미창찬공인류수술치료。결과：B조즉조기조，재완전치유솔、기본치유솔이급예후생활상황명현우우 A조화C조。결론：실험표명환자재출혈후6～24소시지간시교가적수술시궤，수술료효현저。인차，파악호수술시간，유리우최대한도발휘미창찬공인류재치료고혈압뇌출혈상적작용。
Objective:To discuss the time and effect of minimally invasive surgery of drainage on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage . Methods:150 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were observed .All these patients were diagnosed as hematen-cephalon .The patients were divided into 3 groups by the time of hematencephalon:A group with 52 cases were preliminary surgery group ( hematencephalonhappened in 6h).B group with 48 cases were early surgery group (hematencephalon happened in 6~24h).C group with 50 cases were selective surgery group (hematencephalon happened in 24~72h).All the patients were treated by minimally invasive surgery of drainage .Results:The patients in B group were obviously better than A and C groups on completely cure rate , basic cure rate and prognosis.Conclusion:Observations showed that the best time of surgery was 6~24h after hematencephalon .The effect of surgery was obviously.The surgery time of minimally invasive surgery of drainage is important .The reasonable time could get the best effect .
