目的 探讨应用腹腔镜诊断和治疗新生儿环状胰腺的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析本研究组2009年9月至2012年6月应用腹腔镜诊断和治疗新生儿环状胰腺6例的临床资料.本组均腹腔镜下明确诊断后,在腹腔镜下完成十二指肠菱形吻合术.结果 手术时间为80～140 min,平均105 min.腹腔镜术后4～7 d,平均5d进流质饮食;8～14d,平均10d出院.现术后随访4～20 个月,平均6.8个月,患儿疗效满意,症状消失,营养状态及生长发育良好.结论 新生儿环状胰腺可通过腹腔镜明确诊断并确定术式,具有切口小、创伤轻、恢复快等特点,可在新生儿期安全实施.
目的 探討應用腹腔鏡診斷和治療新生兒環狀胰腺的臨床應用價值.方法 迴顧性分析本研究組2009年9月至2012年6月應用腹腔鏡診斷和治療新生兒環狀胰腺6例的臨床資料.本組均腹腔鏡下明確診斷後,在腹腔鏡下完成十二指腸蔆形吻閤術.結果 手術時間為80～140 min,平均105 min.腹腔鏡術後4～7 d,平均5d進流質飲食;8～14d,平均10d齣院.現術後隨訪4～20 箇月,平均6.8箇月,患兒療效滿意,癥狀消失,營養狀態及生長髮育良好.結論 新生兒環狀胰腺可通過腹腔鏡明確診斷併確定術式,具有切口小、創傷輕、恢複快等特點,可在新生兒期安全實施.
목적 탐토응용복강경진단화치료신생인배상이선적림상응용개치.방법 회고성분석본연구조2009년9월지2012년6월응용복강경진단화치료신생인배상이선6례적림상자료.본조균복강경하명학진단후,재복강경하완성십이지장릉형문합술.결과 수술시간위80～140 min,평균105 min.복강경술후4～7 d,평균5d진류질음식;8～14d,평균10d출원.현술후수방4～20 개월,평균6.8개월,환인료효만의,증상소실,영양상태급생장발육량호.결론 신생인배상이선가통과복강경명학진단병학정술식,구유절구소、창상경、회복쾌등특점,가재신생인기안전실시.
Objective To report our preliminary experience of laparoscopic treatment for annular pancreas in neonates and to emphasize the advantages and feasibility of this procedure.Methods A retrospective review of laparoscope-assisted method for annular pancreas in 6 children from September 2009 to June 2012 was performed.Annular pancreas was diagnosed and treated with duodenal diamond-shaped anastomosis in laparoscopy.Results The operative time was 80-140 min (mean 105 min).Feedings were started on postoperative day 4 to 7(mean 5 d) and patients were discharged from the hospital on postoperative day 8 to 14(mean 10 d).The cases were followed-up for 4-20 months (mean 6.8 months).No preoperative symptoms recurred and symptoms were alleviated with normal GI function.Conclusions Laparoscope-assisted diagnosis and treatment for annular pancreas can be securely performed in neonatal period and has the advantages of small incision,minimal invasion and better recovery.
