目的:探讨胆囊收缩素受体B(CCK-BR)在人体多种肿瘤组织和细胞中的表达情况。方法使用逆转录-PCR(RT-PCR)、蛋白免疫印迹(Western blot)方法检测人胃癌细胞 AGS 和 SGC-7901、人肝癌细胞 HepG-2、人神经母细胞瘤细胞 SH-SY5Y、人肺癌细胞A549和NCI-H446、人前列腺癌细胞DU145、人膀胱癌细胞T24共计8种肿瘤细胞株中CCK-BR mRNA及蛋白的表达。免疫组织化学或免疫细胞化学法检测临床标本胃癌组织、乳腺癌组织、宫颈癌组织、膀胱癌组织、肺癌组织、肝癌组织及 AGS、SGC-7901细胞中 CCK-BR 的表达。结果人体8种肿瘤细胞株均表达 CCK-BR mRNA和蛋白,并定位在细胞质和细胞膜,6种肿瘤组织中 CCK-BR表达阳性。结论 CCK-BR在人体多种肿瘤组织和肿瘤细胞中表达。

목적:탐토담낭수축소수체B(CCK-BR)재인체다충종류조직화세포중적표체정황。방법사용역전록-PCR(RT-PCR)、단백면역인적(Western blot)방법검측인위암세포 AGS 화 SGC-7901、인간암세포 HepG-2、인신경모세포류세포 SH-SY5Y、인폐암세포A549화NCI-H446、인전렬선암세포DU145、인방광암세포T24공계8충종류세포주중CCK-BR mRNA급단백적표체。면역조직화학혹면역세포화학법검측림상표본위암조직、유선암조직、궁경암조직、방광암조직、폐암조직、간암조직급 AGS、SGC-7901세포중 CCK-BR 적표체。결과인체8충종류세포주균표체 CCK-BR mRNA화단백,병정위재세포질화세포막,6충종류조직중 CCK-BR표체양성。결론 CCK-BR재인체다충종류조직화종류세포중표체。
Objective To investigate the expression of cholecystokinin receptor B(CCK-BR)in a variety of human tumor tissues and cells.Methods RT-PCR and Western Blot were used to detect the expression of CCK-BR mRNA and protein in human gastric cancer AGS and SGC-7901cells,human hepatoma cancer HepG-2 cells,human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells and human lung canc-er A549 and NCI-H446 cells,human prostate cancer DU145 cells,human bladder cancer T24 cells.CCK-BR expression was detected in the clinical cancer tissues including the stomach,breast,cervical,bladder,lung and liver and AGS and SGC-7901 cells by immuno-histochemical and immunocytochemical methods.Results CCK-BR mRNA and protein were express in the cytoplasm and cell mem-brane of the above 8 cell lines.Positive expression of CCK-BR was discovered in the above cancer tissues.Conclusion CCK-BR are expressed in a variety of human tumor tissues and cells.
