目的探讨黑斑-息肉病的临床病理及临床诊治方法。方法对南京军区福州总医院2010年1月~2013年7月的9例黑斑息肉病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果黑斑-息肉易诊断，病理表现多样，但仍以错构瘤为主。该病胃肠道息肉复发率高，易合并恶性肿瘤。结论黑斑息肉综合征可发病于任何年龄，但以青少年为主，影像学检查在一定程度上可协助诊断病变部位、范围及进展情况。该病应做到早期发现，及时采取相应治疗措施，警惕恶病变的出现。
목적탐토흑반-식육병적림상병리급림상진치방법。방법대남경군구복주총의원2010년1월~2013년7월적9례흑반식육병환자림상자료진행회고성분석。결과흑반-식육역진단，병리표현다양，단잉이착구류위주。해병위장도식육복발솔고，역합병악성종류。결론흑반식육종합정가발병우임하년령，단이청소년위주，영상학검사재일정정도상가협조진단병변부위、범위급진전정황。해병응주도조기발현，급시채취상응치료조시，경척악병변적출현。
Objective To explore the clinical pathology and treatment. Methods Retrospective study the clinical data of 9 patients with PJS in Fuzhou General Hospital from January 2010 to July 2013. Results PJS diagnosis easily and has multiple polyps in digestive tract. The pathological type of most polyps was hamartomas .It has high recurrence rate and cancer predisposition. Conclusion PJS can develop in any age, but is given priority to with teenagers. Imageological examination can assist in the diagnosis of the location, the scope and progress of polyps.Early detection and measurement of polyps wil benefit for watching out the possibility of cancer.
