目的探究新鲜芦荟外敷治疗化学性静脉炎的治疗效果,在临床上作为治疗化学性静脉炎重要的参考依据。方法将80例化学性静脉炎的患者随机的分成实验组及对照组,各40例。实验组:用新鲜芦荟切成薄片外敷于发生静脉炎的血管外,治疗4~5次/d,1h辕次,外敷过程中每30min更换芦荟薄片1次;对照组:用50%硫酸镁用纱布3~4层湿敷于发生静脉炎的血管外,治疗4~5次/d,1h辕次。两组每个疗程均为5d。结果两组疗效有显著性差异,实验组比对照组治愈率高,实验组与对照组相比,疗效更好。结论:新鲜芦荟外敷治疗化学性静脉炎操作简单、经济实惠、作用效果好,疗效优于常用药物硫酸镁。

Objective To explore the therapeutic ef ect of fresh aloe ointment in the treatment of chemical phlebitis to provide the reference for the clinical treatment of chemical phlebitis. Methods 80 patients with phlebitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases respectively. Experimental group: fresh aloe slices were applied external y for phlebitis vessels,treated 4 ~ 5 times one day, 1 hour one time,and.The aloe sheet 1 was replaced application process every 30 minutes. Control group: 50% magnesium sulfate of was wetly compressed on phlebitis vessels with gauze 3 ~ 4 layers, treated 4 ~ 5 times one day, 1 hour one time. Two groups were treated for 5 days in each course.Results There is a significant dif erence between the two groups. The experimental group than in the control group, the cure rate is high and the experimental group was better than control group.Conclusion The method of fresh aloe ointment in the treatment of chemical phlebitis is simple, economic and ef ective and its therapeutic ef ect is bet er than that of magnesium sulfate.
