四辊轧机在轧制过程中,辊系受力非常复杂,研究辊系的振动除考虑其它因素外还应考虑万向接轴附加弯矩的影响。建立工作辊耦合动力学模型,证明辊系振动存在水平和垂直方向的耦合关系,并进行数值仿真,得出万向轴倾角的存在使部分扭振转换成万向接轴弯振,进而影响辊系的动力学特性;仿真表明,万向轴倾角在一定角度下位移响应会出现分岔等现象。
四輥軋機在軋製過程中,輥繫受力非常複雜,研究輥繫的振動除攷慮其它因素外還應攷慮萬嚮接軸附加彎矩的影響。建立工作輥耦閤動力學模型,證明輥繫振動存在水平和垂直方嚮的耦閤關繫,併進行數值倣真,得齣萬嚮軸傾角的存在使部分扭振轉換成萬嚮接軸彎振,進而影響輥繫的動力學特性;倣真錶明,萬嚮軸傾角在一定角度下位移響應會齣現分岔等現象。

Forces of the four-roll mill roll system in the rolling process are very complex .Researching roll system vibration should take the impact of the universal joint shaft additional bending moment into consideration as well as other factors .Through establishing coupled dynamic model of work roll , it demonstrates that there is the cou-pling relation between horizontal direction and vertical direction in rolling vibration .Because of the universal shaft in-clination angle presence , some part of the torsional vibration which can convert into the universal joint shaft bending vibration affects rolls dynamics vibration by numerical simulation .It also shows that displacement response appears bifurcation phenomena at a certain universal shaft inclination angle , etc.
