薄壁管材在连续矫直过程中会在大弯曲变形阶段发生截面扁化(即Bazier效应),截面最大扁化量和残留扁化量作为重要工艺参数,用以控制截面变形程度和管材的圆度。而目前现场仍沿用经验图表结合人工经验和反复试矫对其进行估定,为此运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对薄壁管材弯曲扁化的过程进行动态仿真,得到了最大扁化量和残留扁化量数据,并通过现场实验证明了分析结果的正确性和可信性,为现场矫直过程相关工艺参数的合理设置提供有效手段。

It is well known that bending of the thin-walled tubes when continuous straightening induces ovalization to the tube cross-section ( that is called the Brazier effect ) , the maximal cross-sectional deformation and residual cross-sectional deformation as the main straightening technical parameter , is used to control the deformation degree under buckling limit and also the circular degree of the tubes , however , it is usually carried out based on the experiential data and chart by skilled labourers , whose art is based on long experience and experiments , so have done some dynamic simulations of bending the thin-walled tubes by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, in order to derive the maximal cross-sectional deformation and residual cross-sectional deformation , and then the analysis result is proved to be valid and receivable by the local experiment .This paper can provide the way for optimizing straightening technical parame -ters of thin-walled tube straightening .
