采用实验室内植物块茎培养沉水植物的实验方法,研究了不同质量浓度Pb2+胁迫下龙须眼子菜的生长状况及光合作用参数的变化。结果表明:随着Pb2+浓度的提高,植株高度受到抑制、叶片黄化、植株根部部分变灰腐烂;叶绿素含量显著降低且与铅浓度呈现显著负相关;核酮糖二磷酸羧化酶活性先升高后降低,酶活性与Pb2+浓度呈显著负相关;磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶活性变化小;碳酸酐酶活性先降低后上升。
採用實驗室內植物塊莖培養沉水植物的實驗方法,研究瞭不同質量濃度Pb2+脅迫下龍鬚眼子菜的生長狀況及光閤作用參數的變化。結果錶明:隨著Pb2+濃度的提高,植株高度受到抑製、葉片黃化、植株根部部分變灰腐爛;葉綠素含量顯著降低且與鉛濃度呈現顯著負相關;覈酮糖二燐痠羧化酶活性先升高後降低,酶活性與Pb2+濃度呈顯著負相關;燐痠烯醇式丙酮痠羧化酶活性變化小;碳痠酐酶活性先降低後上升。
채용실험실내식물괴경배양침수식물적실험방법,연구료불동질량농도Pb2+협박하룡수안자채적생장상황급광합작용삼수적변화。결과표명:수착Pb2+농도적제고,식주고도수도억제、협편황화、식주근부부분변회부란;협록소함량현저강저차여연농도정현현저부상관;핵동당이린산최화매활성선승고후강저,매활성여Pb2+농도정현저부상관;린산희순식병동산최화매활성변화소;탄산항매활성선강저후상승。
Using the experiment method of tuber culture in the laboratory,the photosynthesis effects and physiologi-cal response of the aquatic macrophyte Potamogeton pectinatus were investigated in Pb2+with different concentrations. The results showed that the Potamogeton pectinatus growth was inhibited with the increase of the concentration, chloro-phyll content reduced significantly and showed negative correlation with Pb2+ concentrations, RuBPc activity first in-creased and then decreased,and it was negatively correlated with Pb2+ concentrations, PEPc activity changed little, CA activity first decreased and then increased.
