面对日益竞争激烈的冬季雪上残疾人项目的比赛，采用文献分析等方法，找出运动员年龄普遍偏小；残疾人冬季项目的地域特点；科研空白发展缓慢；运动员管理体制滞后；后备人才薄弱；高水平教练员匮乏等现状，也是影响残疾人滑雪项目可持续发展的重要因素。提出加大深化特殊体制改革力度；训练的科学性；培养新秀输送优秀人才；做好运动康复训练工作；提高认识、加大资金投入；运动康复训练；培养优秀管理员和优秀专业教练员等对策，以提高我国残疾人雪上项目竞技体育水平，实现残奥会雪上项目奖牌零的突破做出贡献。

Facing the increasingly competitive winter skiing events of disabled people , using the methods of literature and so on , this paper has found out that the skiers are generally younger , the regional features of winter events for disabled , science space develops slowly , management system for skiers lags , reserved tal-ents are weak , lack of high-level coaches and other status , they are also important factors which affect the sustainable development of skiing events of disabled people .The paper puts forward the following strategies:deepening the special institutional reform, scientific training, training talents and transporting talents, doingsports rehabilitation work, raising awareness and increasing investment , rehabilitation training, training excellentmanagers and professional coaches , in order to improve the competitive sports level of Chinese disa -bled people skiing events, to fulfill the zero breakthrough of snow events in the Paralympics and make con -tribution.
