基于产业融合理论，研究传统产业与电子商务融合发展的动因、阶段、过程，提出在新经济时代和转型升级形势下，传统产业与电子商务的融合发展是一种必然选择，二者在经历相互适应、融合发展和协调发展的动态过程之后，可以实现传统产业转型升级和电子商务进一步发展。结合广东汕头市的案例，对传统行业与电子商务的融合提出了相应的发展路径。

Based on industrial convergence theory,this paper studies the motivation,stage and process of the convergence between traditional industry and electronic commerce,and points out that the integration of traditional industry and electron-ic commerce is the inevitable choice under the situation of transformation and upgrading. Through the dynamic process of mutual adoption,integration and coordinated development,the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and further development of the electronic commerce can be realized. Then taking Shantou city as an example,integration paths of traditional industry and electronic commerce are proposed.
