中国文化外交经过数十年的实践，具体项目正朝着内容中国化、载体时代化和对象大众化的方向发展。文化外交机制也从探索走向成熟，由建设时期不断改组与更换主管部门到改革开放时期逐渐形成宏观统筹与微观实施的格局。文化外交理念也从“和平共处”发展到“和谐世界”。在此基础上，今后中国文化外交项目创新的方向应朝着官民并举的战略型项目努力，理念革新的方向也应从重义少利转变到义利并重。
중국문화외교경과수십년적실천，구체항목정조착내용중국화、재체시대화화대상대음화적방향발전。문화외교궤제야종탐색주향성숙，유건설시기불단개조여경환주관부문도개혁개방시기축점형성굉관통주여미관실시적격국。문화외교이념야종“화평공처”발전도“화해세계”。재차기출상，금후중국문화외교항목창신적방향응조착관민병거적전략형항목노력，이념혁신적방향야응종중의소리전변도의리병중。
The Chinese cultural diplomacy has been performed for several decades. Its developmental projects are becom-ing chinized in content, modernized in carrier and popularized in object. Its mechanism gets more mature, progressing from an erratic to a stable stage. And its principle is changing from“sticking to peaceful coexistence”to“building a harmonious world”. So, on this basis our cultural diplomacy in the future should innovate in its strategic projects with the support from both the government and the public, and update its principle with a view of maximizing both moral and material value.
