从2004年开始，我国农产品出口逐渐走向贸易逆差。与此同时，以美国为首的发达国家近年来对我国农产品频频采取技术性贸易壁垒措施，即设置绿色贸易壁垒。本文试图利用2002-2012年我国对美国、日本和欧盟农产品出口的面板数据，建立引力模型，引入虚拟变量来分析两者之间的关联，即绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口贸易的影响关系和影响程度。在实证分析的基础上，最后提出应对国外绿色贸易壁垒的措施和建议。

China’s agricultural products export is gradually experiencing a deficit since 2004. At the same time, some developed countries, like USA, is taking more technical trade barriers on China’s agricultural products export, known as Green Trade Barriers. This paper uses the data of agricultural product exports from China to USA, Japan and EU, from 2002 to 2012 and formulates the“Gravity Model”, which includes an additional dummy variable to seek out the relation between green barriers and exports of agricultural products. Based on the results of the study, the article puts forward some counter-measures to tackle the Green Trade Barriers.
