以天然膨润土为原料,将聚乙烯醇和淀粉按一定比例混入其中,进行成型处理,采用静态吸附法评价成型膨润土对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效果及散失率,当聚乙烯醇质量分数为7%,淀粉用量5%,焙烧温度600℃,焙烧时间1.5 h时,膨润土颗粒投加量1 g/100mL,对1 mg/L水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率为62%,散失率为2.7%。进一步对成型膨润土进行有机改性,有机插层剂CTMAB用量为1.3 mmol/g土时,有机膨润土颗粒对水中Cr(Ⅵ)去除率在85%以上,将其应用于电镀含铬废水深度处理,去除率为80.3%。

The natural bentonite is moulded by mixing with certain proportion PVA and starch, the loss percentage and the Cr(Ⅵ) removal effect of the bentonite moulding is evaluated by static adsorption method. The1mg/LCr(Ⅵ) removal rate can reach 62%, and the loss percentage is 2.7% under the following conditions: the concentration of PVA is 7%, the dosage of starch is 5%, the roasting temperature is 600℃ and the roasting time is 1.5h, the dosage of bentonite granules is1g/100mL. The further organic modiifcation of bentonite moulding is also studied in this paper. The Cr(Ⅵ) removal rate is over 85% when the dosage of the organic modiifer CTMAB is 1.3mmol/g and the removal rate is 80.3% when applied to the deep treatment of electroplating chromium containing wastewater.
