Under the current circumstances,it is a significant measurement to enhance the city′s publicity and ex-pand its influence by external publicity in minor languages.Therefore,it is of great significance in reality to take advantage of Spanish in external publicity to foster the economic development,broaden the cultural exchanges and realize the development of the whole society.However,the awareness of using Spanish as an approach in propagan-da should be improved,in addition,more resources should be integrated and more innovative measures should be utilized when communicating in Spanish.
