目的：建立通用的性能调优模型，在不增加系统负载的前提下，采集性能数据，辅助DBA性能分析。方法：提出一种基于Oracle数据库动态性能视图的数据库调优方法，着眼系统性能参数，通过建立性能基线，结合动态性能视图采集结果，分析系统负载异常波动，跟踪潜在的问题。结果：该方法可以有效解决医院信息系统数据处理的实际效能问题。结论：基于Oracle动态性能视图的调优模型在不增加系统负载的基础上，获取各项性能指标，满足系统调优需要，具有一定的适用性。

Objective:To establish a general performance tuning model to sample performance data and help DBA in the condition of without wasting system resource. Methods:A general database performance tuning model based on dynamic views is proposed. This model starts from performance parameters, by establishing performance baselines, and in combination with dynamic views to analyze the abnormal fluctuations of load to trace the potential problems. Results:The model can effectively solve the practical performance problems of HIS. Conclusion: The model based on Oracle dynamic performance views collects performance data to meet the requirements of performance tuning in the condition of without wasting system resource. And it is also usable to other systems based on Oracle.
