以聚(乙烯-alt-马来酸)的苯乙胺衍生物与聚烯丙基胺盐酸盐为原料,通过层层自组装技术(LBL )在色谱硅胶表面交替沉积得到聚电解质多层膜高效液相色谱(HPLC )固定相;利用紫外光谱、红外光谱和元素分析研究了HPLC固定相的结构和组成。结果表明,聚电解质多层膜 HPLC固定相被成功构筑在硅胶颗粒表面;制备的多层膜固定相可方便地用于6种芳香烃类及4种烷基苯类物质的分离分析。本文的研究结果说明LBL技术在制备HPLC固定相方面具有一定的应用价值。
以聚(乙烯-alt-馬來痠)的苯乙胺衍生物與聚烯丙基胺鹽痠鹽為原料,通過層層自組裝技術(LBL )在色譜硅膠錶麵交替沉積得到聚電解質多層膜高效液相色譜(HPLC )固定相;利用紫外光譜、紅外光譜和元素分析研究瞭HPLC固定相的結構和組成。結果錶明,聚電解質多層膜 HPLC固定相被成功構築在硅膠顆粒錶麵;製備的多層膜固定相可方便地用于6種芳香烴類及4種烷基苯類物質的分離分析。本文的研究結果說明LBL技術在製備HPLC固定相方麵具有一定的應用價值。

A novel high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) stationary phase was fabri-cated on the surface of spherical silica v ia the alternate layer-by-layer (LBL ) self-assmbly of poly (allylamine hydrochloride ) and α-phenylethylamine derivative of poly (ethylene-alt-maleic acid) .The structure and composition of as-obtained multilayer HPLC stationary phase were analyzed by ultraviolet-visible light spectrophotometry ,infrared spectrometry ,and elemental analysis .Results indicate that polyelectrolyte multilayer film is successfully incorporated onto the surface of silica gel particulates .Besides ,as-prepared multilayer HPLC stationary phase can be readily used to separate and analyze six kinds of aromatic hydrocarbons and four kinds of alkyl benzene ,which demonstrates that LBL technique exhibits promising potential in prepar-ing HPLC stationary phase .
