超细 Ni 粉具有比表面积大、化学活性高的性质,是良好的电、磁热敏材料,在吸波树脂方面有广泛的用途。首先制备出了Ni粉体团聚体,着重研究了Ni粉体的制备工艺和分散处理工艺。结果表明,采用水合肼溶液还原硫酸 Ni 的方法能够制备出颗粒呈多角形、平均粒径为11.1μm 的 Ni 粉体;Ni 粉以 SDS为分散剂,在水中经过球磨机或高速分散机分散后,Ni粉粒径达到3.28μm,且粒径保持5 d以上;然后,制备了Ni粉体/环氧树脂吸波树脂,采用同轴电缆法测定了复合材料的电磁参数,研究表明,Ni 粉体/环氧树脂复合材料在0.5~12 GHz 频带范围内具有较高的磁损耗,在频率>12 GHz 时,材料表现出较好的介电损耗模式;Ni粉体/环氧树脂复合材料与空气的电磁匹配特性在频率低于8 GHz 时非常好,且频率越低,复合材料板与空气电磁匹配特性越好。

Ultrafine nickel powder have a large surface area,high chemical activity of nature and was a good e-lectrical and magnetic sensitive material.It also has a wide range of uses in absorbing resin.In this paper,first of all,the nickel powder aggregate was prepared,and this paper studies the preparation technology and disper-sion process of nickel powders.The results showed that particles polygon can be prepared by using hydrazine hydrate reduction of nickel sulfate solution,and the average particle size was 1 1 .1μm.Dispersed by SDS,nick-el powder particle size was 3.28μm after ball mill or high-speed dispersion machine dispersed in water,and par-ticle size can keep unchanged for more than 5 d.Then prepared Ni powder/epoxy resin absorbing resin,meas-ured using the coaxial electromagnetic parameters of the composites.Studies show that,Ni powder/epoxy com-posite material have a high magnetic loss at 0.5-12 GHz.When frequency was greater than 12 GHz,materials show better dielectric loss mode.Ni powder/epoxy composite and the air electromagnetic match very good in characteristics below 8 GHz,and the lower the frequency,the better characteristics of composite plate and air solenoid match.
