We introduced the competitive advantages of developing vegetable cultivation in Xiang'an district from the perspectives of cultivar layout, industry system, facility condition and quality security system, and analyzed the existing problems in vegetable industry in Xiang'an, at the same time, we gave five suggestions, including developing scale production of vegetable processing industry, improving the area layout of vegetable production and encouraging the development of characteristic agriculture, perfecting quality traceability system, improving marketing network, and promoting the popularization and application of new agricultural technology.
