从化肥施用、农药使用、农膜使用现状3个方面阐述了武汉市农业面源污染现状和为害性,分析了武汉市农业面源污染产生的原因,提出了建立政府主导的农业面源污染治理机制、应用化肥减量化技术、应用农药减量化和残留控制技术、推广可降解地膜等治理面源污染的对策。
從化肥施用、農藥使用、農膜使用現狀3箇方麵闡述瞭武漢市農業麵源汙染現狀和為害性,分析瞭武漢市農業麵源汙染產生的原因,提齣瞭建立政府主導的農業麵源汙染治理機製、應用化肥減量化技術、應用農藥減量化和殘留控製技術、推廣可降解地膜等治理麵源汙染的對策。

We pointed out the status and harmfulness of agricultural non-point source pollution in Wuhan from the three aspects, including the application of chemical fertilizer, pesticide and agricultural film, and analyzed the factors that caused the problem, in addition, we put forward related countermeasures, including establishing the government leading mechanism to control agricultural non-point source pollution, using chemical fertilizer reduction technology, applying pesticide reduction and residue control technology, and using biodegradable plastic film.
