目的:探究硫普罗宁用于恶性肿瘤化疗时防止粒细胞减少的临床效果。方法采用回顾分析法,选取本院2012年2月至2014年1月期间收治的恶性肿瘤化疗患者50例,将其随即分为观察组和对照组,每组有患者25例,对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者均于化疗前1d 予以硫普罗宁静脉滴注,持续用药15d,分别观察两组患者化疗前1d 以及化疗后第7d、第10d、第14d、第21d 的血象变化。结果两组患者化疗前1d 的粒细胞水平无显著差异(P>0.05),化疗后第7d 观察组患者的粒细胞水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),化疗后第10d 两组患者的粒细胞水平无显著差异(P>0.05),化疗后第14d 观察组患者的粒细胞水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),化疗后第21d 两组患者的粒细胞水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者化疗过程中,给予硫普罗宁,可以抑制粒细胞减少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective to explore the sulfur ning on the street for the clinical effect of malignant tumor chemotherapy to prevent granulocytopenia. Methods: retrospective analysis method, the selection from february 2012 to January 2014 admitted during the period of 50 cases of patients with malignant tumor with chemotherapy, which then can be divided into observation group and control group, each group with 25 cases of patients, patients with the control group treated with conventional, observed group, all patients before chemotherapy 1 d be sulfur peaceful vein drip on the street, the duration of 15 d, respectively to observe the two groups of chemotherapy 1 d before and after chemotherapy in patients with 7 d, 10 d, 14 d and 21 d of blood picture changes. Results: two groups of patients before chemotherapy 1 d levels of granulocyte there was no significant difference (P > 0.05), 7 d after chemotherapy the patient's level of granulocyte observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P < 0.01), after chemotherapy 10 d granulocyte level of two groups of patients with no significant difference (P > 0.05), 14 d after chemotherapy the patient's level of granulocyte observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P < 0.01), after chemotherapy 21 d granulocyte level of two groups of patients with no significant difference (P > 0.05). conclusions: in patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy process, to give sulfur profumo ning, can inhibit the granulocytopenia, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
