目的：分析珠海市香洲区2008要2013年孕产妇艾滋病感染及母婴阻断情况。方法对2008要2013年收治的22例HIV阳性孕产妇及所生婴儿母婴阻断情况进行分析。结果HIV阳性孕妇22例中1例终止妊娠,21例分娩,满18个月婴儿16例,未满18个月婴儿3例,失访2例,母婴阻断成功16例,母婴阻断成功率为100%。结论对HIV阳性孕妇进行综合母婴阻断,能有效降低儿童HIV发生。

Objective To analyze the maternal HIV infection and prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) of Zhuhai Xianzhou District during 2008-2013. Methods The PMTCT given to 22 cases of admitted HIV positive pregnant women during 2008-2013 was analyzed. Results Of the 22 cases of HIV positive pregnant women, there was 1 case of termination of pregnancy, 21 cases of delivery;16 cases of babies were older than 18 months, 3 cases of babies under 18 months, 2 cases were lost to follow up; 16 cases had successful PMTCT, the PMTCT success rate was 100%. Conclusion Comprehensive PMTCT given to HIV posi-tive pregnant women can effectively reduce the incidence of HIV in children.
