目的：探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌的转移病灶情况及其相关影响因素。方法选取该院乳腺浸润性导管癌患者123例，探讨其病灶转移的发生率及相关性影响因素。结果123例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者出现病灶转移83例，均为腋窝淋巴结转移，肿瘤直径超过2 cm、组织学分级III级、淋巴结皮质最大厚度超过3 mm者、淋巴结纵横比低于1.8者发生病灶转移率高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌主要向腋窝淋巴结转移，与肿瘤直径、组织学分级、淋巴结纵横比、淋巴结皮质最大厚度等因素密切相关。
목적：탐토유선침윤성도관암적전이병조정황급기상관영향인소。방법선취해원유선침윤성도관암환자123례，탐토기병조전이적발생솔급상관성영향인소。결과123례유선침윤성도관암환자출현병조전이83례，균위액와림파결전이，종류직경초과2 cm、조직학분급III급、림파결피질최대후도초과3 mm자、림파결종횡비저우1.8자발생병조전이솔고차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론유선침윤성도관암주요향액와림파결전이，여종류직경、조직학분급、림파결종횡비、림파결피질최대후도등인소밀절상관。
Objective To analyze the metastasis and influencing factors of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods 123 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma admitted in our hospital from January, 2013 to December, 2013 were enrolled in this study; the incidence of metastasis and related influencing factors were analyzed. Results Of the 123 cases of breast invasive ductal carcino-ma, 83 cases got metastasis. All of them were axillary lymph node metastasis. Patients with tumors over 2 cm in diameter, histolog-ical grade III, maximum thickness of lymph node cortex more than 3mm, lymph node ratio below 1.8 got the high rate of metastasis lesions (P<0.05). Conclusion Breast invasive ductal carcinoma mainly transfers to axillary lymph node, which is closely related to the tumor size, histological grade, lymph node, lymph node ratio, maximum thickness of lymph node cortex and other factors.
