为满足绳头拉杆电热镦机半自动生产的需求,以砧子缸送料机和机夹手为机械主体,配合电热镦机,设计了送料机+电镦机配合使用的三菱PLC为核心的半自动控制系统,完成电热镦机成型的半自动生产过程。该文基于PLC可编程控制器设计了绳头拉杆电镦机的控制系统,实现了对其加热电流、压力和速度的控制,对于提高产品质量,扩大经济效益有很大的帮助。
為滿足繩頭拉桿電熱鐓機半自動生產的需求,以砧子缸送料機和機夾手為機械主體,配閤電熱鐓機,設計瞭送料機+電鐓機配閤使用的三蔆PLC為覈心的半自動控製繫統,完成電熱鐓機成型的半自動生產過程。該文基于PLC可編程控製器設計瞭繩頭拉桿電鐓機的控製繫統,實現瞭對其加熱電流、壓力和速度的控製,對于提高產品質量,擴大經濟效益有很大的幫助。

To meet the semi-automatic production needs of electric upsetting machine, a feeder and electric upsetting machine system was designed. The semi-automatic production process was achieved by using the anvil cylinder feeder and gripper as the main mechanical part, and the PLC (Mitsubishi) as the core control system. This paper designed a rope rod electric upsetting ma?chine control system based on the PLC programmable controller to realize the control of heating current, pressure, and speed. This design may greatly improve the product quality and expand the economic benefit.
