强化产学研合作教育是提升应用型人才培养质量的关键，如何进行产学研合作教育是近些年来国内外各高校研究的热点，很多院校也提出了大量可借鉴的合作模式和合作途径。该文针对平顶山学院软件学院的产学研合作教育面临的现实问题，如地缘关系导致的行业资源有限、产学研合作教育师资队伍问题等方面进行剖析，借鉴产学研合作研究成果，结合自身特点，提出地方本科院校进行产学研合作教育的可行途径。

Enforcing cooperative education with company and research institute is the key to improve the qualities of local appli?cation-oriented university, how to work on cooperative education is the hotspot in recent years in lots of universities, and many universities raised lots of experiences of cooperation models and ways. This paper is aimed at the problems that Pingdingshan uni?versity currently confronts in the process of cooperative education, such as the career resources limitation, construction of teach?ing staff and so on, draws lessons from the achievements of cooperative education, combined with our own characteristics, raised local University cooperative education ways.
