目的：探析辛伐他汀引起的不良反应特征及防治措施。方法查阅2007-2013年国内医药学杂志报道应用辛伐他汀导致不良反应案例，进行分析统计。结果辛伐他汀引起的不良反应复杂多样，主要以神经系统损害为主，其次为肝胆系统、肾功能损害及皮肤损害等，且与年龄、性别无关，与药物剂量密切相关。结论对辛伐他汀引起的不良反应应予以重视，用药期间对肝肾功能、肌酸磷酸激酶等进行监测，严格掌握该药的用药指征，加强临床合理用药性。?
목적：탐석신벌타정인기적불량반응특정급방치조시。방법사열2007-2013년국내의약학잡지보도응용신벌타정도치불량반응안례，진행분석통계。결과신벌타정인기적불량반응복잡다양，주요이신경계통손해위주，기차위간담계통、신공능손해급피부손해등，차여년령、성별무관，여약물제량밀절상관。결론대신벌타정인기적불량반응응여이중시，용약기간대간신공능、기산린산격매등진행감측，엄격장악해약적용약지정，가강림상합리용약성。?
Objective To discuss the adverse effects and prevention and cure of simvastatin. Methods Adverse reaction cases of simvastatin reported in domestic medicine magazines from 2007 to 2013 were reviewed and given statistical analysis. Results Adverse reactions caused by simvastatin were complicated, mainly manifested as nervous system damage, then hepatobiliary system damage, kidney function damage and skin damage. It had no relations with age and gender but had close relation with drug dose. Conclusion Adverse reactions caused by simvastatin should be paid attention, liver and kidney function and CPK should be monitored during medication period, medication indications should be strictly mastered to strengthen rationality of clinical medication.
