目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对单侧输尿管结石伴肾积水患者手术前后肾功能评估的效果。方法选择单侧输尿管结石伴肾积水患者60例为研究对象，均使用MPCNL治疗，观察患者手术前后肾功能，评价彩色多普勒超声的检查结果。结果60例患者治疗后肾功能均有明显的改善，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；超声检查患者肾内血流均欠丰富，主动脉峰值流速、肾动脉流量均低于健康肾；重度肾积水17例阻力指数高于健康肾（P＜0.05）；患者术后肾血流等检查结果与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用彩色多普勒超声观察输尿管结石伴肾积水患者的肾功能效果良好，值得应用。

Objective Discussion of color Doppler ultrasound assessment of unilateral ureteral calculi in patients with hydronephrosis effect of renal function before and after surgery. Methods Select unilateral ureteral calculi in patients with hydronephrosis as the research object, use the MPCNL treatment, renal function was observed before and after surgery patients, evaluation of color Doppler ultrasound examination results 60 cases. Results 60 patients were signiifcantly improved renal function after treatment, compared with before treatment difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);renal blood lfow in patients with ultrasound examination were less abundant, aortic peak velocity, renal artery lfow was lower than healthy kidneys;17 cases of severe hydronephrosis in patients than in healthy renal resistance index (P<0.05);postoperative renal blood lfow in patients with pre-inspection results with preoperative difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with ureteral calculi with hydronephrosis renal function has a good effect, it is applied.
