目的：探讨急诊剖宫产患者的围术期护理。方法对270例急诊剖宫产患者做好术前准备，术中密切配合，术后访视护理工作。结果通过手术室护士精心的护理，母婴健康，无术后并发症发生，1周左右均痊愈出院。结论手术室护士对急诊剖宫产患者围术期实施精心的护理，可以使患者产生信任感，有效减轻其焦虑、恐惧心理，减少术后并发症，保证母婴安全，提高患者满意度。
목적：탐토급진부궁산환자적위술기호리。방법대270례급진부궁산환자주호술전준비，술중밀절배합，술후방시호리공작。결과통과수술실호사정심적호리，모영건강，무술후병발증발생，1주좌우균전유출원。결론수술실호사대급진부궁산환자위술기실시정심적호리，가이사환자산생신임감，유효감경기초필、공구심리，감소술후병발증，보증모영안전，제고환자만의도。
Objective To probe into the preioperative nursing measures of the emergency cesarean section in patients by the preioperative preparation.Methods Intraoperative closed cooperation and postoperative nursing visits to 270 cases of emergency cesarean section in patients. Results It is good for the maternal and the child's health who are recovered about a week without postoperative complications through the nurses in operating room carefully caring. Conclusion The preoperative nursing of the operating room makes the patients feel trust so as to reduce their anxiety, fear effectively,meantime,reduce the postoperative complications.
