高校辅导员，作为大学生的日常生活的管理和思想教育的主要负责人，主要负责与大学生进行直接的接触，了解大学生的心理、个性特点。作为高校辅导员，他既是学生在校期间的良师益友，也是学生就业体系中的重要力量。对于现在这个毕业生人数众多的时代，大学生就业问题成为了一个严峻的社会问题，所以，在本文中，我们主要针对辅导员在大学生就业中的作用做了分析，主要针对大学生现在在就业中遇到的问题，做主要的探究。

University counselors, as the main persons in charge of the management of university students' daily life and their psy-chological education, mainly directly contact with university stu-dents and learn the characteristics of university students' psy-chology and individuality. As a university counselor, one is not only a good teacher and friend of students, but also an important force in the employment system of students. In the times with a large number of graduates, university students' employment has become a severe social problem, therefore, in this paper, we mainly analyzed the role of counselors in university students' em-ployment, and explored the problems university students will en-counter in their employment.
