[目的]探讨DSG一次性吸氧管在基层医院心内科应用的可行性,为临床选择合适的氧疗方式提供依据。[方法]将符合研究条件的100例在基层医院心内科住院且需要持续吸氧7 d 以上的病人,随机分观察组和对照组,观察组使用DSG一次性吸氧管吸氧,对照组使用常规湿化瓶吸氧,比较两组氧气湿化瓶细菌污染情况、病人满意度、直接护理时数。[结果]观察组氧气湿化瓶染菌量少于对照组(P<0.01),吸氧噪声少于对照组(P<0.05),除氧气异味项外其他咽喉舒适度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组每天更换湿化瓶、湿化液和处理污染湿化瓶耗时25.23 min±1.56 min,观察组不需要更换湿化瓶和湿化液,节省了执行氧疗的时间。[结论]DSG 一次性吸氧管在基层医院心内科使用,有利于降低湿化瓶细菌污染情况,减少工作量、吸氧噪声,提高病人的满意度。

[목적]탐토DSG일차성흡양관재기층의원심내과응용적가행성,위림상선택합괄적양료방식제공의거。[방법]장부합연구조건적100례재기층의원심내과주원차수요지속흡양7 d 이상적병인,수궤분관찰조화대조조,관찰조사용DSG일차성흡양관흡양,대조조사용상규습화병흡양,비교량조양기습화병세균오염정황、병인만의도、직접호리시수。[결과]관찰조양기습화병염균량소우대조조(P<0.01),흡양조성소우대조조(P<0.05),제양기이미항외기타인후서괄도균명현고우대조조(P<0.05혹P<0.01),대조조매천경환습화병、습화액화처리오염습화병모시25.23 min±1.56 min,관찰조불수요경환습화병화습화액,절성료집행양료적시간。[결론]DSG 일차성흡양관재기층의원심내과사용,유리우강저습화병세균오염정황,감소공작량、흡양조성,제고병인적만의도。
Obj ective:To probe into application feasibility of DSG disposa-ble oxygen tube in department of cardiology in primary hospitals,so as to provide evidences for clinically choosing the suitable way of oxygen thera-py.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients were selected who be eligible for the study and hospitalized in department of cardiology in primary hospi-tals and need continuous oxygen for 7 d,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the patients in observation group received oxygen inhalation with DSG disposable oxygen tube,the patients in control group used conventional wet bottle of oxygen,oxygen humidifier bottles were compared on bacterial contamination,and patients’satisfac-tion and the number of direct care time.Results:oxygen humidifier bottle contamination in observation group was less than that in control group(P<0.01), oxygen noise was less than that in control group(P<0.05),throat comfort was significantly higher (P<0.05 or P<0.01),Replace the humidifier bottles once a day in control group,wet fluid handling contaminated wet bottle and took 25.23 min±1.56 min in control group Patients in observa-tion group didn’t need to replace wet bottle and liquid oxygen,and it saved execution time.Conclusion:DSG disposable oxygen tube with wet bottle in department of cardiology in primary hospitals helps to reduce bacterial con-tamination,reduce workload,oxygen noise and improve patient satisfac-tion.
